"He’s quite the catch," Natalia commented as the girls walked up to us and sat down. Katya took my lap, while Scarlet and Natalia sat to my right, far away from Dinethal.

  "Oh?" I asked questioningly.

"Yeah," she replied. "It’s just as he said. The skill was released a week ago. The Orc race was being neglected, so they threw out a special skill, which allowed you to basically fill two roles."

"Precisely!" he interrupted. "That’s why I re-rolled and made a new character. I was sick of my Human tank."

"That’s quite the sacrifice," I said and moved an arm around my nimble Elven Ranger. Scarlet shifted beside me and pinched my arm. I shot her a glare at which she showed me her tongue. I sighed and leaned into Katya out of pure spite.

"Oh, no. I was only about level seventy. Sold my old gear to buy some decent stuff for this guy here," he said pointing at himself and smirked.

"I see. So, what was that about wanting to meet me and my band of merry… friends," I replied, catching myself at the last moment. If I had said women or my harem, they’d be pretty pissed, I guessed.

"Oh, that. Hmm, how do I break this news to you," he said and leaned back against the tree stump behind him. I frowned at which he raised his hands in defense. "No, no it isn’t like that. It’s just, see, I was there during the 25th World Raid. I was one of your biggest fans!"

"Wow. That’s not something you hear every day," I replied. Caught off guard wasn’t even coming close to how I felt at that moment. A fan.

"Guess so. I’ve got no idea as I’ve never had any," he laughed. None of us joined him. He put up his hand and waved us off. "Yeah, yeah. So, what will it be? I showed you what I’m capable off, as well as told you my ‘scheme’," he said, and then winked again.

"I find him quite refreshing. At least he tries," Natalia said and went over to him, offering her hand. He took it and planted his lips on the back of it.

"My lady!" he said with a passion. "I will not fail you, ever!"

"Whatever you decide, I vote the same," Katya said and put her arms around my neck. I drew her in and planted my lips on hers. Natalia scowled and Scarlet slapped my back and drew her nails across the skin.

"Hey!" I cried out. "Cut it out!"

"No!" Scarlet yelled and kept on whittling me down. "You are a fascist pig!" Katya shot up in my defense and tackled the fairy. She yelped in surprise as Katya dug her face in between her voluptuous breasts.

"Katya!" Scarlet cried and tried to push the slightly larger woman off her, but her wings were stuck and she couldn’t get up. The Orc looked on in disbelief, as if this had been the first time he’d seen girls act this way. To me, it had become an everyday occurrence. God forbid that I minded, no, but it didn’t have the same effect on me as it had the first time.

"You got a girlfriend?" Natalya asked as she leaned in closer to him. He looked away and got up. He dusted off his trousers and turned his back to me.

"N-No, I don’t, but that’s not of any import to you," he said. His cheeks were flushed with crimson. Oh how much he reminded me of myself in my younger days. Well, in my earlier days in Hazard to be more precise.

I got up and walked over to the corpse of the boss which we’d all forgotten and looted some Minotaur Horns. It was an ingredient by the looks of the icon, so I stashed it away and stretched.

"We done for today?" I asked. Katya stopped groping Scarlet and got off her. The other woman slapped her playfully and stopped laughing, then got up herself.

"Wait, you’re leaving already? But I want to play with you guys!" he pleaded. He looked like a lost puppy, but I wasn’t falling for that act.

"Send me a friend invite. I’ll write you once we go out again. Or once we’ve rested up. It was nice meeting you," I said and offered him my hand. He walked up to me and nodded, then shook my hand. His grip was firm, more so to show off his strength I guessed, but didn’t make a fuss off it.

"Thanks. It was fun playing with you all today. I hope we really do become friends," he said. It felt honest, but I had it with people and their honesty. All I needed were my two girls, three if you counted Natalia, but I hadn’t managed to bed her yet. Mostly because she wasn’t into me, but whatever.

"Hey, don’t forget about the loot!" Scarlet said as she leaned over for effect and looted whatever she’d gotten. Her breasts threatened to pop out of the far too tight armor she wore. Dinethal eyed her for a moment too long.

"Really?" I said in party chat. "Do you want him to ogle you all day?"

Scarlet got up playfully and floated to me, then put her hand in mine.

"Why not? A lot of people know you’re a ladies man by now. Why not show them what they’ll never have?" she replied.

"Do you want to flash him together?" Katya added. The party chat lit up like a bonfire from those two.

"See you later, Dinethal," I said and activated our home portal. All four of us were sucked into a vortex of light one moment, and appeared at Paradise Lost the next. The warm sunlight caressed my body and called for me to undress. Who was I to decline the sun? I did so and opened my status window to double check something. After all, that Orc shouldn't have been able to out-DPS me.

  "Ohh! Natalia! He’s getting naked!"

"Yeah, you should see the tool he’s packing!"

Natalia wasn’t squeamish by nature, but she’d let me know that she preferred me to keep my pants on with her around. The girls, however, could undress as much as they wanted. This time, I didn’t care and went for it. I was tired, had been bruised and beaten by that big, nasty Minotaur, so I felt I had earned a swim in the pleasantly warm water.

"N-No! I won’t!" I could hear Natalia call from behind me. "I don’t want him to see me naked!"

"It’s just an avatar, you idiot!" Scarlet replied angrily.

"Yes, but… I used my real measurements and… copied all of my real body into my avatar. So if he sees me naked here, he’ll know how I look on the outside!"

I couldn’t help myself but stop and turn around. My junk was all over the place as I turned to them.

"You know that we’re dead, right? As if I care what you look like on the outside. And take a good look at this," I said and pointed at my cock, "because you’ll be seeing a lot of it when you’re here."

Her face flushed crimson, and if it would be possible, steam would have risen from her head. With a flick of her wrist, Natalia logged out. Her afterimage remained for a few more seconds, before it also vanished.

"Come on ladies, who wants to join me?"

  3

For some reason, it rained all over Hazard, including our little island. They hadn’t taken it away from us, and there was no plan to try doing so, from what Natalia had told us. It was one of the few things that had been gifted to us, so that we would have somewhere to call home, and I appreciated it, especially on days like this.

We’d upgraded it in the last three weeks to level four, and it turned out to be quite the eye-catching place. Double the size it’d been at level two, it boasted two bedrooms, an honest to god bathroom, a large kitchen, a massive living room, two balconies, and a fifteen by fifteen porch. Needless to say, the second bedroom was rarely used, and only when Natalia was staying over.

The three of us sat on the porch and drank heavily. Neither of us felt like going out to hunt, to farm, to level up, or to do anything at all. The two ladies had prepared some food and cooled some alcohol, so we would have to make do with that. At least until it became dark.

I had too much junk in my inventory, so I stuffed our home storage full with ingredients and crap we didn’t and probably wouldn't need. Ever. I observed the Minotaur Horns and squinted, as if I’d be able to see better if I did that. Dumbass logic. The items were an ingredient which looked very interesting. If I had to guess, they were used to make either weapons or armor. We’d have to go to Gobi to check.

I swept the item away and took a gulp of my drink.

"Hey there, Aiden," a somewhat familiar voice said. I coughed a
nd spat out the liquid. My stupid ineptness at drinking and chatting was obvious.

"Hey, Sylvia. What can I do for you?" I asked and wiped at my mouthwith the back of my hand. The liquid remained cold, even after it had spent half a minute in my mouth. Strange thing to notice, I thought. The two girls to either side of me perked up at me speaking her name, but remained otherwise quiet.

"I have a request. Seeing you have no intention to take me up on my offer for the three quests, I need to force something else on you. It’s less pleasant, but I’ll make it worth your while."

"Oh, you will?" I replied sarcastically. "I still don’t trust you. In fact, I don’t trust anyone that has anything to do with Hazard Inc. Or Meridian Inc."

"I see. So you’re declining my request?"

"No he isn’t! Stupid idiot, shut up and let us do the talking," Scarlet snapped at me. I sighed and got up from my chair. The rain felt welcoming as I stepped off my porch. Every droplet massaged my body and soothed my skin. It was the first time I’d stood in Hazard’s rain. It made me want to forget, and forgive. As if all of our sins were washed away just like that.

I could hear them talk to Sylvia in the background. She’d stopped talking to me, and instead discussed things with the girls. It must have been one of her better decisions, as I’d flat out declined her. I couldn’t help but distrust her. After all, she’d me that Dave wanted to kill me. There was no fucking way he could have, or even would think about doing such a thing. What’s worse, she forbade me from speaking with Natalia about it.

I sighed and looked up, letting the rain wash away my confusion and distrust. After all, she had the power to wipe us out if she wanted to, with just a thought. Maybe I was too quick to judge her, but it’s who I was.

"Hey," Katya whispered as she put her arms around me. I put my hands on hers and stood there, motionless. It felt rather good to just relax sometimes with your loved ones, though I knew what was to follow.

  "Done with Sylvia?"

"Yeah. Do you want to hear what our new destination is?"

"If I said no, would you keep quiet?"

  "Nu-uh."

"So, what did she task us with?"

"She needs us to inspect a new region. Something strange is going on there, and in turn, she said she’d reward us with some knowledge, among others. And part of that knowledge is who else is like us."

I shot around and grabbed her shoulders. My fingers dug deep in her skin and she yelped out in pain.

"There are more dead players stuck in here?"

Katya lashed out and caught me on the chin. I fell to my back as if a pro boxer had hit me with an uppercut. As I lay there on my back, she stood over me, her legs spread apart. I gazed under her skirt and noticed she wasn’t wearing anything beneath. She stared me in the eyes and kicked my side to get my attention.

"Was that really necessary?" she asked as Scarlet walked up to us.

I shrugged and returned my gaze under her skirt. In turn, she lifted it up all the way to her belly, giving me a good look at her clean, shaven honey-pot.

"You know, you’re just playing his stupid games. You think he hadn’t planned for this from the start?" Scarlet asked as she knelt beside me, as her wings fluttered slowly in the wind.

"Here," Katya said and planted her fist against my nose. For a long moment, the lights went out and I lay there staring into the darkness. As light returned, I noticed a window had popped up depicting a new quest.

You have received a quest: Enter the Glade.

Quest description: Enter the Glade at the edge of Morad Forest through the portal.

  Quest reward: Experience points, Coins

"What did she tell you about the area?" I asked as Katya offered me her hand to get up. Both women stood naked over me as they enjoyed the rain.

"That she has no idea how it got there. It’s disabled for now, that much she was able to do, but neither she nor someone from the corporation put it there. Sylvia is afraid that it might be a virus or a bug and that something might happen to the players who entered the glade."

"Oh. I see. And it’s just us three?"

"No," Katya shook her head. "She told us that we’ve already made contact with another one like us. His death was a freak accident, but he took it rather well from what she was able to see and feel."

  "Sasha is dead too?"

"No you idiot!" Scarlet yelled and kicked me in the shins. "Not her. The Orc guy. It was her who sent him to us in that dungeon. Sylvia hadn’t told him about us until she saw how we played together. She sees nothing that would prevent us from playing nice with him, so she approached us with this offer."

"Oh. Yeah. Maybe I should have talked to her myself, huh?"

The two women shook their head and chuckled at my aloof nature and made eye contact. There was something going on with them that they weren’t telling me, but I’d figure it out sooner or later. It turned out to be much sooner than later as Scarlet rubbed her body against Katya. The two girls moaned as their hands discovered new places.

"Shit, this is so not fair. You aren’t letting me join you today, huh?" When no answer came, I sighed and sat down on the porch again. They could do whatever they wanted. Nasty little bitches. They knew how much I hated it when they did it in front of me, but it wasn’t like they cared. And only three weeks ago, they’d wanted to kill each other.

It took them about forty minutes to finish up. I saw every single movement, every single act, but I didn’t care. They had left me out, so I would pay them back. The first hot chick we’d come across, I’d try and get her in my bed. Or under me on a meadow, or whatever.

Steam rose from their bodies as they walked up on the porch and into the house. I was left staring at their behinds, but appreciated it nonetheless.

"This is the fourth time! I’m keeping track, just so you know!"

A chorus of chuckles and laughter filled my ears. Why was I so caught up on it anyway? It’s not like we’re dating, no? I can see other girls as well, right?

"We’ll be ready in a few minutes. Do whatever it is you need to, because we won’t be back for a while. Dinethal is already waiting for us at the portal," Katya called from within Paradise Lost. I slumped into my comfortable chair and curled up. I didn’t feel like going anywhere with some other guy. Why weren’t there any dead girls that would miraculously show up like that brutish Orc?

Fifteen minutes in, we found ourselves walking past a bent light post which I remembered very well. For some reason, they’d never fixed it. It was a nice reminder though, but somewhat overkill. The further we got in, the darker everything became. A single light guided our path, the light of the portal that would teleport us into the glade.

The contours of a large something stood out in the backdrop of light, and it could only be Dinethal. Sure as this was going to be a tedious quest, he was the last thing I wanted to see today. Not because I didn’t like him, no, more because I wanted to meet more girls.

"Aiden! My brother! She got to you after all, huh?" he almost shouted as he walked up to me, or rather, stormed up to me. His massive arms bent around my back in a deep hug. It felt awkward, but I refrained from hurting his feelings, before he hurt my back.

"Dinethal, good to see you… bro," I replied.

"This here is my sister," the Orc offered and motioned behind him. A young girl walked up beside him, or rather, a young woman. She must have been in her mid-twenties from the look of her body, though her face made her seem very young.

"My name is Renee," she said with a curtsy. "It’s a pleasure to meet you, Aiden."

  4

It was an understatement to say that I was baffled by the young woman’s beauty. True, it was a game, but the face and her body were based on their true counterpart. Something that Hazard had implemented two weeks ago to battle certain types of behavior.

"Aiden. I mean, I’m Aiden," I stuttered in reply. "And the pleasure is all mine."

"Hmpf," I read in party chat. "Two isn’t enough to tame such a
stallion?" Scarlet asked. I could see that both women were annoyed, but I couldn’t care less. Renee’s athletic body was a dream. Her breasts just large enough to get comfortable in, while her thin waist and slender figure promised a good time.

"Ladies," Renee said, drawing their attention. "I hope you will take good care of me. I can’t rely on this… green guy here to do anything correctly."

"Talk about guys and taking care of us. You’re not alone there," Tanya shot as she nodded my way. I was left speechless with my mouth wide open.

"Seriously? What a great way to leave a good impression in my name!"

I felt like a child, scolded and shamed.

"Oh, there’s much more where that came from. You know--"

"Enough!" I yelled, my voice raised much higher than intended. Both women shut up and scuffled from one foot to the other uncomfortably. I may have hurt their pride, but in the end, my own pride meant much more to me, especially after their little stunt earlier. Renee and Dinethal didn’t speak for a while, and neither did the three of us. What a shitty way to meet a new young woman, I thought.

"Can you invite us into the party, Aiden?" he finally asked after the long and uncomfortable silence.

"Sure, hold on," I replied and opened the team menu. The three of us were always in a party, so there was no need to add them. Both Dinethal and Renee appeared under our names. He was level 32, while she was 29, a Human Mage.

"Thanks!" Renee said cheerfully and walked up to me, offering me her hand. I bowed slightly and brought my lips against the back of her right hand. Her face flushed crimson and she let out a little yelp. I could feel the glares of both Scarlet and Katya on my back, but I didn’t care. Dineth burst out in laughter however and slammed his meaty hand against his sister’s back.

"Shouldn’t we proceed?" Katya said as she approached the portal. It sprang to life and turned a dark bluish hue. A faint hum filled the small clearing around the object. It was rather annoying and sent my mind racing.
